Terms of Service
These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you access Collidol, create an account, purchase digital products, download content, or use any seller features made available through the platform.
Last updated: 6 May 2026
Important summary
Collidol sells and/or provides access to digital products. Digital products may include templates, files, resources, tools, documents, guides, prompts, creative assets, or other downloadable or account-accessible digital materials.
When you buy a digital product, you are usually buying a licence to use that product for your own personal or business use. You are not buying ownership of the intellectual property unless this is clearly stated on the product page.
You must not resell, redistribute, share, upload, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit any product purchased from Collidol unless the product page or a written licence from Collidol expressly says you can.
Digital delivery may begin immediately after payment. By accepting these Terms at checkout, you agree to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right to cancel once access or download begins, except where your legal rights say otherwise.
1. Who we are
Collidol is a digital products platform available at Collidol.com. These Terms apply to your use of the website, your account, your purchases, your access to digital products, and any seller features we make available.
Before launch, replace this sentence with your legal trading details: Collidol is operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], with contact email [support@collidol.com].
If you contact us about these Terms, your account, an order, or a product issue, please use the contact details provided on our Contact page.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By using Collidol, creating an account, placing an order, accessing a product, downloading a file, or using seller features, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Collidol, create an account, buy products, access downloads, or use seller features.
When you complete checkout, you may also be asked to accept our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Those documents form part of the rules that apply to your use of Collidol.
3. Eligibility and account use
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account, placing an order, or contacting us.
You are responsible for keeping your account details, login credentials, and access links secure. You must not share your account with another person or allow unauthorised access to products purchased through your account.
We may suspend or restrict access to an account if we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in breach of these Terms.
4. Products sold on Collidol
Collidol provides digital products. Product details, descriptions, prices, compatibility notes, usage permissions, and delivery information will be shown on the relevant product page where applicable.
We aim to keep product information accurate, but we do not guarantee that every product will be suitable for every user, business, device, software setup, or use case. You are responsible for reviewing the product page before purchasing.
Some products may be created by Collidol. Others may be created by third-party sellers, partners, or contributors if seller features are available on the platform.
5. Digital delivery and access
Products are delivered digitally. Delivery may be through your account, a download page, an email confirmation, a secure link, or another digital access method we provide.
Access may be provided immediately after successful payment, unless the product page or checkout flow says otherwise.
You are responsible for ensuring that the email address and account information you provide are correct. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect details supplied by you.
We may update, improve, replace, remove, or restrict access to products where necessary for security, legal, technical, commercial, or platform reasons.
6. Prices, payments, and discounts
Product prices are shown on the website before checkout. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect an order that has already been completed.
Discounts, bundle offers, promotional prices, or coupon codes may be subject to extra conditions. We may change, withdraw, or refuse a discount if it is being misused, applied incorrectly, or used in breach of its intended purpose.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not control the systems of third-party payment providers and are not responsible for delays, failures, or checks carried out by those providers.
You must not attempt to make fraudulent payments, use unauthorised payment methods, abuse chargebacks, or interfere with the payment process.
7. Cancellations, refunds, and digital content rights
Because Collidol sells digital products, your cancellation and refund rights may differ from physical goods.
By completing checkout, you agree that digital delivery may begin immediately after payment. You acknowledge that once digital access or download begins, you may lose your statutory right to cancel, except where the law gives you rights that cannot be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits your statutory rights. If digital content is faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality, or not fit for purpose where the law requires it to be, you may have legal rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or another remedy.
Our refund rules are explained in our Refund Policy. If there is any conflict between these Terms and your mandatory legal rights, your mandatory legal rights will apply.
8. Licence to use purchased products
When you purchase a product from Collidol, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that product for your own personal or internal business purposes, unless the product page clearly states a different licence.
This licence does not transfer ownership of the product, underlying intellectual property, brand assets, source materials, copyright, trademarks, or other rights to you.
You may use the product in your own work or business operations where this is consistent with the product description and licence. You must not present the product itself as your own original product for resale.
9. Restrictions on product use
You must not:
- resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or give away products;
- upload products to public websites, marketplaces, file-sharing platforms, or shared drives;
- copy, reproduce, modify, or repackage products for resale;
- claim ownership of Collidol products or seller products;
- remove copyright notices, licence notices, watermarks, or ownership information;
- use products for unlawful, misleading, harmful, or abusive purposes;
- use automated tools to scrape, copy, download, or extract platform content;
- attempt to bypass access controls, payment systems, or download limits.
If you breach these restrictions, we may suspend your access, remove your account, cancel licences, refuse future orders, or take further action where appropriate.
10. Seller features and third-party sellers
If Collidol allows sellers to list products, sellers are responsible for ensuring that their products are lawful, accurate, original or properly licensed, and suitable for sale.
Sellers must not upload or sell products that infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, confidentiality obligations, or any third-party rights.
Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, clear usage permissions, and any relevant compatibility or access information.
Collidol may review, approve, reject, remove, suspend, or restrict seller products at any time where we reasonably believe this is necessary for quality, legal, security, brand, customer protection, or platform reasons.
Additional seller terms, commission rules, payout terms, tax requirements, verification checks, and content standards may apply before a seller can list or sell products through Collidol.
11. Product information and no professional advice
Products sold on Collidol may include templates, guides, prompts, tools, documents, or resources intended to help users save time or improve their work.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, products are provided for general informational, educational, operational, creative, or productivity purposes only. They are not legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, surveying, or professional advice.
You are responsible for checking whether a product is suitable for your circumstances before relying on it. Where appropriate, you should obtain professional advice before making decisions based on a product.
12. User content, reviews, and submissions
If you submit reviews, messages, files, feedback, product content, seller materials, or other content to Collidol, you must ensure that you have the right to do so.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, infringing, confidential, malicious, discriminatory, or harmful.
By submitting content, you give Collidol permission to use, store, display, process, moderate, and remove that content as needed to operate the platform, provide support, promote products, improve the service, and enforce these Terms.
13. Intellectual property
Collidol, the Collidol name, website design, branding, text, graphics, platform layout, software, and original content are owned by or licensed to Collidol.
Products listed on Collidol are owned by Collidol, the relevant seller, or the relevant rights holder. You must respect all copyright, trademark, licence, and intellectual property notices.
You must not copy, reproduce, imitate, or use Collidol branding, website content, product pages, or platform materials without permission.
14. Acceptable use of the platform
You must not use Collidol to:
- break the law or encourage unlawful activity;
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- upload malware, harmful code, spam, or deceptive content;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or products;
- interfere with the security, performance, or operation of Collidol;
- mislead buyers, sellers, payment providers, or Collidol;
- use the platform in a way that damages Collidol's reputation or users.
15. Availability, updates, and errors
We aim to keep Collidol available and working properly, but we do not guarantee that the website, accounts, checkout, downloads, or product access will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
We may carry out maintenance, updates, security changes, product improvements, or platform changes at any time.
If we discover a product error, pricing error, access issue, security issue, or technical problem, we may correct it, cancel an affected order, provide a replacement, issue a refund where appropriate, or take another reasonable step.
16. Privacy and personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This may include information needed to create accounts, process orders, deliver products, provide support, prevent fraud, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations.
Payment information may be handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Collidol does not need to store full card details directly if payment is processed through a secure payment provider.
17. Third-party services and links
Collidol may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, analytics tools, hosting providers, email services, sellers, external websites, or product-related tools.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, systems, content, failures, or decisions outside our control.
18. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collidol will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from your use of the platform or products.
If you use Collidol as a business user, you are responsible for checking that products are suitable for your own commercial, operational, legal, technical, and professional requirements before relying on them.
19. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to Collidol if you breach these Terms, misuse products, violate licences, abuse refunds or chargebacks, infringe rights, create legal risk, or use the platform in a harmful way.
Suspension or termination does not remove any rights or obligations that have already arisen, including payment obligations, licence restrictions, intellectual property obligations, and misuse-related claims.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
If a change is material, we may take reasonable steps to notify users, such as through the website, account area, checkout flow, or email where appropriate.
Continued use of Collidol after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
21. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise.
If you are a consumer, you may have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts where mandatory law allows this. If you are a business user, disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
22. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, your order, account access, or a digital product, contact us through the Contact page.
Before launch, replace this with your final support email: [support@collidol.com].
