Digital product delivery
Collidol sells digital products. Once a purchase is completed, access to the product is delivered digitally and may be made available instantly through your account, download link, or confirmation email.
No refunds after delivery
Because our products are digital and are delivered immediately, all sales are final once the product has been sent, accessed, or made available to you.
By purchasing from Collidol, you acknowledge that digital delivery may begin immediately after payment and that you may lose your right to cancel once access to the product has been provided.
Exceptions
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If a digital product is faulty, not as described, inaccessible due to an issue caused by Collidol, or otherwise required to be refunded by law, we will review the matter fairly.
Duplicate purchases
If you believe you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, contact us as soon as possible with your order details. Duplicate purchase requests are reviewed at our discretion.
